Block Title

These abstract flowers bear a resemblance to zinnias.

This Leg of the Journey – Completed August 2008

I am writing this some months after finishing this block, so I frankly don't remember this leg of the journey! I do know that I drafted this pattern as a whole-cloth quilt design the size of a pillow, too, and I've been practicing my hand quilting.

Lesson Learned

Sometimes a block design, particularly if it is symmetrical, might make a nice quilting pattern!
