Queen of Hearts Card Bleach Technique

  1. Select two coordinating colors of card stock (I used dusty rose for the card and maroon for the Queen). Using a paint brush and household bleach, use free-style strokes to paint on the two pieces of stock. (Pretest your stock—some does not bleach as well.)
  2. Emboss the Queen of Hearts stamp in black on one of the pieces of card stock, and cut her out very close to the edge of the image.
  3. Cut the other piece of card stock 4.75 x 9 inches and fold in half. Stamp the top of the card using the two remaining stamps.
  4. Use deckle scissors on the top edge of the card.
  5. Using a marker the color of the darker color of stock, carefully color the deckled edge.
  6. Use PopDots to attach the Queen to the card.
